Romano Dunias/Roma World Foundation

Roma World Foundation was founded in 1997 by the journalist Kremena Budinova. Its main goal is to contribute to the equal integration of the Roma community in the Bulgarian society by implementing media and other projects in different fields. So far, Roma World Foundation has been implementing successfully one long-term project - the Roma World / Romano Dunias TV Program, which has been broadcasted for the last six years by "7 days" Television in Sofia. It was the first Roma TV program in Bulgaria with the first blind TV anchor of Roma origin - Kremena Budinova, an unique fact not only for Bulgaria, but also for Europe.

Romani Lumia TV Program

From 14th of April 2004 Roma World Foundation has started a new TV program based on the Romano Dunias experience - Romani Lumia, which is broadcasted by the Bulgarian National Television.

The program shows documentaries with 27 minutes duration of each issue, recorded in advance and broadcasted twice a month on Wednesdays at 4.30 p.m.
